We offer free insured shipping on all orders over $2,500 within the United States.

Processing Time

- In-stock items: Ship within 5 business days.
- Made-to-order items: Lead times are stated on each product page and run 6 to 12 weeks depending on the piece.

Shipping Methods

All jewelry is shipped via UPS with:
- Full insurance coverage
- Adult signature required
- Tracking provided via email

Domestic Shipping Rates

- Orders over $2,500: FREE
- Orders under $2,500: $30 insured shipping

International Shipping

DELIVERY

Signature Required

For security, all packages require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.

Shipping Address

We can only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company for security purposes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges or store credit are only available for approved defect claims, subject to our final-sale exclusions.

If an item arrives defective, notify us at hello@elyzian.com within 3 business days of delivery, with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Do not send an item back without prior authorization.
