We get calls from dealers maybe twice a month with something that makes us stop mid-conversation. A parcel from Zambia. A stone our cutter has been working on for weeks. That moment when you open the box and actually say "oh my God" out loud.
When that happens, Collectors and Connoisseurs get invited to see it first.
Sometimes it's a 10-minute video call where we show you the stone under daylight, LED, and candlelight. Sometimes it's photos with the actual sourcing story—who found it, where, why it's rare. Always, it's us genuinely excited about something special.
You can ask questions, request different angles, or just appreciate it
with us. No pressure to buy. This isn't a sales pitch. It's first access
to the stones that make us stop mid-sentence.

48 Hours Before Anyone Else (Connoisseur Only)
Connoisseurs get a text from Elizabeth, Valaree, or Kirsten when we
acquire a stone we can't stop looking at. You have 48 hours to decide before it goes to Collectors (another 24 hours), and then the public.
We're talking about the peacock-blue tourmaline that took six months to find. The Zambian emerald that stopped us mid-sentence. The sapphire that made our dealer call us directly instead of listing it publicly.
These stones don't happen often. Maybe 1-2 per month. When they do, Connoisseurs see them first.
First text. First refusal. First in line.

When we travel to your city for trunk shows, Collectors get 72-hour advance invitations. Connoisseurs get a personal call or text.
Both tiers can book appointments before the public event. Touch the pieces. Try them on. Have real conversations about what you're building. Ask Elizabeth about that stone you've been thinking about. See if Valaree brought anything unexpected.

How do I track my progress toward the next tier?
Log into your account and visit your Inner Circle dashboard. You'll see your current tier, annual spending total, and how close you are to the next level. It updates in real time with every purchase.
When do tier benefits activate?
Immediately. The moment your annual spending crosses $7,500 or $20,000, your account upgrades and benefits activate. You'll get an email from us (a real email we wrote, not an automated template) welcoming you to the newtier.
Do trunk show purchases count?
Absolutely. We track every purchase, regardless of where it happens.
In fact, trunk shows are our favorite way to connect with Inner Circle
members in person.
How do I get Elizabeth or Valaree's direct contact info?
