Return, Exchange & Repair Policy

Our goal at Elyzian is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, please read our return policy to ensure a dazzling shopping experience.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

  • Please contact our customer support– Admin@elyzian.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate a return or exchange.
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for all approved returns and exchanges, which must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving the label.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges or store credit are available for items within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact including any gifts with purchase. 
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged, in its original packaging, to prevent any damage during transit.  

Final Sale Items:

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • We do not accept order cancellations.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, unless defective.
  • Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event are final sale.

Repairs

  • Should you have any issue with our handmade creations, please contact us at Admin@elyzian.com
  • We are happy to fix our items that have been determined to have any manufacturing defects within 12 months of purchase. 
  • All Repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Please notify us within 7 days if there is a defect or damage in the product upon receipt.

Additional Information:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or mishandled during transit.
