STATEMENT RINGS

Bold statement rings featuring large gemstones and dramatic designs. Our collection includes cocktail rings with sapphires, emeralds, and tourmalines set in 18K gold. Perfect for women who want their jewelry to make an impression and start conversations.

Statement Rings, for the Stone That Refuses to Sit Quietly

Our statement rings go bigger and bolder than a cocktail ring, into shapes you feel across the room: scarabs, fluted bands, domes stacked with color. Each is built around a stone we could not put down, Mahenge spinel, fire opal, labradorite, purple garnet, tsavorite, rubellite, set in 14K, 18K, and 18K rose gold, often with diamond accents doing the close work. Most are one of a kind, because the stone was. A stone earns its setting with a second look. That is the entire design brief.

Statement Rings: Frequently Asked Questions

What makes a ring a statement ring?

The stone. A statement ring is built around one gemstone bold enough to carry the whole hand, then set in a shape that shows it off, a scarab, a dome, a fluted band. Ours are designed to be seen first and explained later.

What gemstones do your statement rings use?

Vivid colored stones: Mahenge spinel, fire opal, labradorite, black onyx, rose quartz, Australian blue opal, purple and spessartite garnet, tsavorite, rubellite, green tourmaline, amethyst, and more. Most are one of a kind, so the pieces are too.

How do I care for a gemstone statement ring?

Rings live the hardest life of any jewelry, so it helps to know your stone. Spinel, at 8 on the Mohs hardness scale, handles daily wear easily. The garnets, tsavorite, tourmaline, rubellite, amethyst, and quartz run 6.5 to 7.5 and do well with ordinary caution. Fire opal, labradorite, and the opals sit at 5.5 to 6.5, occasion stones, best removed for anything rough. Every one of them cleans with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth, and none belongs in an ultrasonic cleaner.

Are these gemstone statement rings one of a kind?

Most of them, yes. We choose single stones for color and character, so once a stone is set, that exact ring is usually the only one. A ring you fall for is worth acting on.

How do you wear and size a large statement ring?

Wear it as the one thing everyone notices, on a bare hand, or as the anchor of a stack. For sizing, a wide band or a large stone can feel snugger than a plain band, so between sizes, size up. Message us and we will help you get it right.

What metals are your statement rings set in?

14K, 18K, and 18K rose gold, many with diamond accents. Gold carries these colored stones best.
