A marquise of pink tourmaline, 2.77 carats, drawn to a point at both ends, held inside a double halo of diamonds in 18K yellow gold. The geometry is pure deco: 0.85 carats of G-H VS diamonds tracing the stone like the frame around a small, vivid painting.
Made to order, worth the wait, and elongating on the finger the way only a marquise is.
