- Measure: Place the tape measure around your neck, adjust to where you envision your necklace to fall, keeping it neither too tight nor too loose.
- Record: Note the measurement.

All jewelry requires a signature upon delivery (the purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Elyzian due to several failed delivery attempts).
